Last month an AP-Ipsos poll found that 1 in 4 American adults haven't read a book in the past year. That's like 7 million people. And for people that had cracked open a book, the median number was 4, while women who classified themselves as readers generally read 9. Wow. Suddenly I am feeling much, much better about my blog.
